A Decreased Sex Drive
This one might sound a little weird, but it’s true. Many women report a decrease in their sex drive when taking birth control pills. Birth control pills completely mess with your testosterone levels because the pill stops you from ovulating. Which is the point, but your ovaries are responsible for producing testosterone (which is a big part of sex drive). If your ovaries are being disrupted, it’s no wonder your sex drive is too. Plus, if you’re feeling bloated you might not be in the mood.
