How to massage acupressure points
The first thing to do is be patient and put your body in a relaxed state and take a comfortable position.
The time limit of the massage should be from 30 to 60 seconds.
When you have localized your area of pain apply a circular motion, with light pressure, for 5 seconds and repeat this process 2-3 times.
