4. Shape with lip pencil.
In order to over line your lips, start filling your lips from the right corners to the top. It will help your lips to appear in shape and volume. Join the corners of your lips with a smile for the lower lips.
5. Add translucent powder.
Apply small amount of translucent powder on your lip brush and then blend the shadow at the lip ends by using it and the lip liner starts. Make sure that the powder doesn’t disrupt your lip color.
6. Add a lighter shade of lipstick.
Use a little lighter shade of lipstick and apply it just at the center on the top and bottom and then pat in to blend.
