Baking soda for your feet
Take a bucket which is half filled with lukewarm water. Add 2 to 3 TSP of baking soda to it and mix. Now dip your leg in this mixture. It will help in getting relief from the pain and also keep your feet clean.

Take few tea bags and try soaking them in warm water. The water will extract all the tea . then add some ice to these tea bags and apply them on affected areas.
Apple cider vinegar for a sore throat
Take a warm glass of Water and add sufficient amount of apple cider vinegar to it. Gargle your mouth every night before going to sleep for effective results.
Baking soda for heartburn
Take a glass of water and add baking soda to it. Have this mixture whenever you feel a heartburn as it will help in getting relieved of the heartburn by neutralizing the acid from the body.
