Blend two bananas, three tablespoons of bilberry, 1/3 lemon juice, two to three celery sticks and one glass of water. Intake of this mixture should be according to your body need.

Cucumber, lettuce, lemon and honey

carrots are hub of nutrition’s which is beneficial for our skin and as well as for our body, whereas apple is good for taste buds and good for losing weight .for the preparation of the mixture take three carrots, two green apples, a piece of ginger, two bananas, one orange, and a handful of mint. Get the juice from the carrots, apples, and orange, and then blend it with the other ingredients and drink this smoothie twice a day if needed.

Strawberry, cowberry, banana and mint

Everyone loves to eat strawberry because of its incredible taste which delights our taste buds; cowberries are good for refreshment when you are feeling fatigue. Put 200 grams of strawberries, 120 g of cowberries, cranberries or cherries, 2 bananas and a glass full of mint leaves and a glass of water for smoother texture and now blend it all together.
