Draw a Dotted Line
If you are not that experienced in application of eyeliner then you must apply it by starting from dotted lines. Start from the midpoint of the lash line and gradually move towards the outer corner of the lash line and then draw the arch. After drawing the arch carefully again go for the midpoint of the lash line and then moves towards the inner corner keeping in mind the actual shape of your eyes.
Wing It Out
If you want the winged eyeliner it will not be easy to do it all by yourself so to make it easy one can use spoon or tae or something which has corners as it will be helpful in giving your eyeliner some wings.
