A double winged eyeliner is known as applying the wings of the liner in both upper eyelid and the lower lid.

Two-Way Double Winged
The eyeliner is applied from the inner corner to the outer corners of the eyes where the thickness increases from the inner corner to the outer corner. The eyeliner in the lower lid is applied the same way. The wings are extended from both the sides and they are parallel to each other.
Double Liner: Fish Style
The fish style eyeliner is a regular double winged eyeliner. The difference is that while doing the wings of the eyeliner, both the wings should be joining at the outer corner of the eye.
Ombre Double Winged
Ombre eyeliner is applied normally. It should be of black color. The eyeliner is supposed to be reaching the eyeshadow by applying another stroke on top of the previous one.

The cat eye double winged liner should be applied normally, but the wing is supposed to be stretched. The upper and lower liner should be of same shape and size. Eyeshadow can be put to give smoky look to the eyes.
Melange Eyeliner
The melange eyeliner is same as a normal double winged eyeliner. The only difference is that the upper liner is thicker than the lower one.
