2. Adding oil to the pasta water

To prevent sauce sticking to the pasta add oil to pasta cooking water. Use 1 litre of water per 100 grams of dry pasta and 1.5 litres per 100 grams of fresh pasta in order to prevent sticking and to cook perfect pasta.

3. Breathing with your chest

Oxygenation has positive effect on our body system and concentrate on breathing using diaphragm. It also helps in lowering blood pressure, improves physical fitness, reduces pain and keeps stress and anxiety away.
