- 1 tsp of olive oil
- 1 TSP of baking soda
- 2 tsp of honey
- Freshly prepared juice of half lemon
Mix all the ingredients and form a thick paste. Now apply them on knees and elbows and leave them overnight.
In morning wash off yoie elbows and knees with hot water properly and then pat dry with a towel. Apply a moisturiser or coconut oil as an alternative. Massage for few minutes. Apply this for 10 days and see effective results.
