Step 2. Apply Primer to Lashes
Then place the brush at the base of your eyelashes and gently sweep the brush upwards, just like you would do with mascara. Add a second coat by thinking of this as a deep hair mask, but for your lashes. Basically, too much is never enough.
Step 3. Swipe on Mascara
If you apply mascara while your lashes are still a little damp from the primer, mixing them together on your lashes then definitely you will get the best results.
