Usually it is suggested to drink at least 8-ounces glass of water (about 1.9 liters of water) every day.

Water has wide range of health benefits such as it can cure constipation problems, stone in kidney and much more.

Schedule so that you can drink more water during the day to keep yourself healthy and hydrated.       

  1. Drink a glass of water early in the morning after you woke up.
  2. Make sure you have your own water bottle before you leave your house.
  3. Keep your water bottle on the desk of your workplace.
  4. You can also add some sugary flavor to it for good taste.
