As according to her the liquid eyeliner should be applied from the outer corner on the top lash line of the eye and start it from the arch.
After making the arch, gradually move towards the inner corner of the eyes of the top lash line and keep the eyeliner thick at the mid part of the lash line and thinner on the inner corner of the eye. Smudge the eyeliner over the eyelids as smudging will add a little bit sexiness to your eyes. Repeat the same process on the other eye too. Eyeliner should not be applied / smudged on the bottom lash line as it will contribute in making your dark circles even darker and this will give you a dramatic look.
